"Getting a receipt is way harder than it should be"
The prices are usually good, which I do appreciate, but getting a receipt is such a hassle. If the pump doesn’t print one, you’re basically stuck digging around online, and it’s not exactly easy to find. It feels like one of those policy loopholes where technically the receipt is “available,” but in real life it wastes your time just trying to get something basic. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for a receipt after buying gas. Please make the process simpler

"Super Quick Card Payment"
Paying by card was really quick and easy. Everything went through smoothly, and I didn’t have to wait around at all. Happy with how simple it was.

"Air worked fine, vacuum could be better"
I stopped by Murphy USA to put some air in my tires and use the vacuum while I was there. The air machine was easy to use and worked just fine, so no complaints there. The vacuum, though, didn’t have very strong suction, so it took me a lot longer than I expected to clean out the car. The price was okay, I guess. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stop, but the vacuum could definitely use a little better maintenance.

"Pretty Average Stop?!"
Stopped in to grab gas and a drink, and it was just an okay visit overall. The store wasn’t gross or anything, but the floors definitely could’ve used a sweep, and the bathroom should’ve been cleaner?! The shelves looked fine, though. Nothing terrible, just average

"App keeps crashing at checkout"
I was trying to pay through the app and it just kept crashing on me. At first I thought maybe it was my phone, or actually, no, the app just wouldn’t let me finish the payment no matter what I tried. Frustrating.

"Shuts before I’m ready"
I found that it closes a little too early for how I use it. It might work fine for someone who moves quickly, but for me it feels like I’m constantly trying to beat it before it shuts. I’d prefer if it stayed open just a bit longer.

"I really wanted this to be easier..."
I really wanted this to be easier than it is, but the stores always seem to be out of my way and a hassle to get in and out of. Half the time it feels like I’m practically begging myself to stop there, and I end up feeling a little resentful about it. I only go when I absolutely have no other option

"Quick checkout, receipt could be clearer"
I paid and got through checkout quickly. The page loaded fine, and I was about to say everything was perfect, but the receipt screen could’ve been a little clearer. Still, it was a smooth enough experience overall

"The site does have some accessibility..."
The site does have some accessibility features, so that’s something, I guess. But the screen reader labels were kind of inconsistent, which made checkout take longer than it should have. Not the end of the world, obviously, but it was definitely more frustrating than I expected.

"Not really worth the extra stop anymore"
I used to stop here often because the gas prices were usually worth it, but lately they’re barely any better than the other stations nearby. It’s not a terrible place or anything, it just has that feeling where they made the price difference my problem to figure out, and it’s not worth going out of my way for anymore.

I usually don’t have to wait long for a pump here, which I really appreciate. Even during busier times, I’ve only waited a few minutes before one opened up. The pump area is easy to get in and out of, and everything has been straightforward whenever I stop by. Overall, it’s been a reliable place to fill up.

"Kept Moving the Goalposts"
They held onto my money for way too long, and every time I thought it was about to be sorted out, there was some new requirement or excuse. It felt like they kept moving the goalposts, which made the whole thing really frustrating and annoying.

"Friendly Staff, But a Bit Draining"
I stopped in while I was already feeling mentally drained, so I really appreciated that the staff were friendly and actually said hi. That part made the visit a little easier. The line did move slower than I expected though, and things felt kind of unorganized. It wasn’t a bad stop overall, just not one I’d call great. The staff’s attitude was definitely the best part...

The parking lot was in rough shape, with potholes everywhere. It was hard to find a spot without worrying I’d scrape my car. I also had to chase them a few times about it, which just made the whole experience more frustrating...

I tried to redeem my fuel promo twice, and both times the app just threw an error. I asked at the store, but they couldn’t do anything to help either. what a joke. Total waste of time.
